I have been blessed to have been personally coached by Dr. Tom Hill for the past eight years, and am honored to call him a friend for the past thirty + years.  Tom has helped me in countless ways as I have endeavored to fully live out my authentic life.

I was thrilled when my friend, Dr. Michelle Robin, asked me to be a guest on her weekly radio program called “Small Changes Big Shifts.”  In this interview, I share with Dr. Robin some of my life story, the thoughts behind my latest book, From Autopilot to Authentic, and also some of the key philosophies of life by which I live.

Four of the most important philosophies which Dr. Hill has impressed upon me, and which I have adopted into my life are:

1) I have a moral obligation to be the very best person I can be.

2) I have a moral obligation to make a positive difference in the lives of every person I come in contact with.

3) One person, attracted to me because of who I have become, can change my life forever.

4) One idea, well executed, can change my life forever.
