Have you ever felt trapped by your habits?
We all are subject to falling into routines, and over time, these things can become so entrenched and part of our lives that it feels that they cannot be changed.
Habits can be changed.
We are never too old (sometimes we are stubborn, or afraid, or tired) to make changes. Our habits have a HUGE impact on our health, on our relationships, on our work and performance and success and achieving our goals and dreams.
Why don’t we all make a habit to change our habits?
Let’s get rid of our bad habits, and improve on our good ones, and create some bold new ones! I like to think of good habits as rituals…the things I intentionally do to go in the direction that I want to go in life, and to put the odds in my favor.
My suggestion…take a moment (right now would be a good time), reflect upon your habits, and pick one habit that you will change.
Start now.
Stick to it.
In a few months of sticking to it, you’ll have a new habit. Pretty cool! Then, go make another one!
