I’m a huge fan of all things relative to personal growth.
I believe that the best formula for an exceptional life is to live a life that is both balanced and continuously growing – in each of your core priorities of life.
For me, these are the areas of:
- Spirituality
- Physical Health
- Relationships
- Emotional Health
- Intellectual and Professional
- Financial
So, how does one continue to grow, for a lifetime?
Here’s a quote that I wrote down a long, long time ago, and I cannot find who is the author. It wasn’t me, but I’m happy to share it.
“My capacity to understand, accept, forgive, be on purpose, abide by my values and principles, keep my mind free of all the chatter, eat healthy foods, exercise, breath deeply, and be thankful contributes to the daily cultivation of my personal power, the continuous improvement of myself.”
I think that anyone who puts all of these points to daily practice has a huge advantage over those who don’t.
This is my plan, for sure! How about you? Let’s go get this!
I don’t think the title of your article matches the content lol. Just kidding, mainly because I had some doubts after reading the article.
Hi Alice! Thanks for your comment on my “Busy is Bad” blog post. Let’s hold each other accountable for using the right language and for not getting stuck in the busy trap!
Thanks!
