“Hey, what’s up, guys? Steve Arnold here with Best Life Global, and today I want to talk to you about love. Now, more specifically, I want to talk to you about your mindset around love, and I want you to start thinking about it a little bit differently than you may be thinking about it now. So, officially, love is a noun. It’s an intense feeling that we have for somebody else or that they have for us, and I want you to change your mindset to start thinking about it as a verb. You can create love in your life by giving more love, by going out of your way to express your love to others, to care for people, to listen to them, to go out of your way to do nice things for them. And me, specifically, I’m thinking about my relationship with my wife, and whenever we’re in more troubled times and not getting along like I like us to, it’s usually because I’m not giving enough love. Now, I used to think it was her fault. I used to be like ‘why is she not being nice to me? What is up? What’s the problem, here?’ And then, as I’ve grown, I’ve started to realize that when we’re not doing as well as we could be, and we’re not thriving like I want us to be, it’s usually because of me. It’s my own fault. I’m not doing what I need to do to bring loving energy into our relationship. So, the key takeaway from this video is to stop thinking of it as a noun and start thinking about love as a verb.”
