Summary:

We have a dare for you. It’s about your health. Are you in?

Here are three tips to help you pull off this health dare:

1. Watch less TV. The average American watches over 30 hours a week. That’s over 1,500 hours each year. You can’t get that time back.
2. Find an accountability partner. You’ve probably heard this before, but have you actually implemented this? People are the greatest motivators. They can also make things a lot more fun and enjoyable.
3. Drop the all-or-nothing mindset. You’ll never accomplish this dare without finding a balance between pushing yourself and giving yourself grace.

“Hey there! Brett Blair with Best Life Global and I have a dare for you. I dare you. I dare you to make the rest of this year your healthiest version of yourself that you can possibly be. Now that’s my goal. I’m going to actually turn 57 in a couple of weeks, and my goal for this year is to make my life the healthiest it can possibly be. And I’m going to do that through the accumulation of all of the little daily habits that I’ve committed to, to making that work out. I dare you, my friend, to do the exact same thing. Go for it!”
