There are days when you just don’t feel like it.

If you’re like me, there are sometimes weeks when you don’t feel like it.

What can you do? What can you do to stay motivated, do the hard work (and then the really hard work) to reach your goals?

What do you do when you don’t feel like it?

You do it anyway.

You do the hard work, even when you don’t feel like it.

You exercise, you write, you read, you practice your presentation, you commit to deadlines and you reach them. You commit to your personal life of growth, intention and purpose. You lean into success, believing in your ability to make it all happen.

There are days when I don’t feel like exercising. There are days when I don’t feel like working in my office all day, or doing the important things that help me reach my goals.

What do I do when I have these days?

I do it anyway.

I am not perfect, but I am committed to doing the best I can with the awesome life I have been given. Sometimes I don’t want to stay focused and stay the course, but I push through and remain committed, even when the going gets tough.

This is not easy, and of course, I lose focus because I’m human. When that happens, I just start over. I forgive myself. I let it go, and start again.

If fear gets in your way, don’t wait for the fear to leave. It won’t. Instead, jump scared. And remember that FEAR is False Evidence Appearing Real. What you fear hardly ever happens anyway.

If regret about the past keeps you down, forgive yourself and others. Move forward, learn from your mistakes, and make better choices the next time around.

You can do this. This is your life. You’ve been created for a purpose. You are incredible and you are powerful. If you get off track, start again. Today is your gift.

You can accomplish your goals. You can stay focused and you can stay motivated.

Lean into a life of motivation and commitment to living your best life – today!

If I can help in any way with your journey towards success, please let me know. I’d love to hear from you.

Thanks,

Coach Brett Blair
